Index Builders are here to help boost the value of your home/property with anything from a small cosmetic make over, a new deck or go all out and add some additional rooms.

Index Builders Limited is owned by Directors Graeme and Lou Hartley. Graeme has been a trade qualified carpenter since 1998. He is both a member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and is a Licensed Building Practitioner.

Graeme and wife Lou started Index Builders in 2009. They are proud to live and work on the East side of Christchurch. Graeme completed his apprenticeship in Southland before moving to Christchurch in 1999. Prior to starting his own building company Graeme held various foreman roles with other local builders.
